Hannah Wallen
Injury Recovery & Corrective Movement Specialist
With over a decade of experience in movement, manual therapy and injury recovery, I help people get back to the activities they love. My approach blends targeted manual therapy with precise movements to address the root cause of pain- not just symptoms. I focus on active recovery, injury prevention, and long-term performance for active adults and athletes of every age.
I have my bachelors degree in dance from Wayne State University, 500 hour comprehensive certification in Pilates, National Pilates Certification from NPCP, and license in sports massage therapy. I also hold several manual therapy certifications such as cupping therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and NeuroFascial Reset.
I’ve had the privilege of working with a variety of active clients such as high school athletes, marathon runners, Indy race car drivers, minor league athletes and more. While many of my clients are active individuals, I thrive just as much working with those who have suffered from years of chronic pain who have the desire to move freely again. My greatest joy is to see the progress in every kind of client I have, no matter their background.
