FAQs

I’m new to Pilates and Recovery sessions. What do I need to wear?

You’ll want to wear comfortable athletic wear that you can easily move in. We require socks for Pilates classes (grip or non-grip). Pain reset sessions may require athletic wear such as shorts, tank tops, sports bras etc. to access certain muscle areas. Those who do not wear proper attire will be asked to reschedule their session.

Do I have to start with the pain reset program or can I only do maintenance sessions?

The pain reset program and maintenance sessions are set up as 2 phases. Phase 1, the pain reset program, allows for a thorough recovery plan from persistent pain. We evaluate several factors that contribute to your pain and we execute the plan accordingly. Our program is 6 weeks because we’ve seen the best results in 6 sessions or less. Phase 2, is maintenance, where we continue with the maintaining the same goals designed in the pain reset program and continue to work towards keeping the pain from recurring. Only clients who have completed the pain reset program or currents clients can book maintenance sessions.

What is the cancellation policy for cancelling sessions?

We require a 24 hour notice to cancel with no penalty. Any cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a fee. Please contact us for more information on cancellations.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer student discounts for high school and college students. We also offer a referral discount for new and current clients. Please contact us for more info on discounts.
