12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any sessions or classes
Members
Late cancellations or rescheduling a class/session less than 12 hours notice will result in a $10 fee.
No-shows (missed sessions without giving notice) will result in a $15 fee.
Failure to make any payment (monthly membership fee, cancellation fee, or no show fee) may result in your membership being terminated and ineligible for reinstatement.
There is no fee or penalty to cancel your membership. Please contact us to cancel your membership.
Package holders and single-session clients:
Late cancellations or rescheduling sessions and no-shows will forfeit that session or be charged the full session rate.
Packages expire within 90 days of purchase and do not roll over if sessions go unused.
Repeated late cancellations/rescheduling or no-shows may result in limited booking privileges or require prepayment in the future.
All clients are required to keep a valid credit card on file. Failure to keep a card on file will result in the inability to book services and classes
One-Time Grace Period
Each client is allowed one ‘grace’ late cancellation or late reschedule (1 per quarter) where the fee will be waived. After that, standard fees apply.
Late arrival
Clients attending Pilates classes are allotted a 10 minute window to arrive late to class. Anything past 10 minutes will not be allowed to participate in the class and will lose their class credit. This is to prevent any injuries and ensure a proper warm up for class.
Clients attending an injury recovery session is allotted the following late arrival:
5 min late arrival for 15 min sessions
10 min late arrival for 30 min sessions
20 min late arrival for 60 min sessions
Late arrival will result in loss time of the session and cannot be extended out further.
Once the late arrival window has passed, the session will be deemed as a no-show and will result in the full session fee.
