6 week program where we work to identify the cause of pain, reduce symptoms, restore function, and give you the tools to sustain your body. Each step is intentional with the end goal of helping you learn how to maintain your body with as little follow up appointments as possible.

Identify root causes and compensations
Hands-on therapy to calm the pain and settle the nervous system
Build a personal at home movement plan

Address faulty patterns through specific corrective work
Target key muscles for activation or release
Reassess and modify at home movement plan

Hands-therapy plus mobility drills
Begin loading soft tissue and enhancing movement skills
Retest pain levels and functional metrics

Create long-term self-care & injury prevention plan

The Pain Reset program is designed for new clients who have not been treated by the practitioner or current clients who have not been through the program. After successfully completing the program, clients will transition to maintenance sessions. Please reach out to us for any assistance with booking your sessions.
